    Well I was bummed this week when I weighed in... I had only lost 3lbs... but when I measured... I lost a whole 5.5" on my tummy!! And 2-3" all over the rest of me!! I guess that is something to smile about!!! Thank you for sharing your before/after pics & stories w/ me... it is keeping me going!!!!
