Lower body Weight Lifting Plan

I am looking for a lower body weight lifting plan.
I Ned 4-5 weight exercises that I can do 2-3 days a week.
Looking specifically for order of exercises to maximize benefit

    There is an upper/lower body split on there that you could do or a "leg" day, depending on what you're looking for.

    i'll also throw in good mornings, pendlay rows, and weighted hyper extensions (hold weight behind head)

    i split up my lower body days. quads on one day, hamstrings on the other. so day one is squats, the other is dead lift. don't do them on consecutive days, and don't do them the day after a long cardio day.
