Need all the suggestions I can get...

Ok..friends....please suggest...what should/or could I do better...I have walked 14.75 miles this week....AND have NOT lost any weight..seems like I see on here that while exercising I should be doing better. I'm really trying to watch what i eat.I'm NOT drinking sodas..All suggestions welcomed!!...:) ...

    You know, I started out walking. And walking and walking and walking, and never saw any changes either. Once I added some resistance to my workouts (started with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred), I started seeing changes.

    But, first off - it's only been a week, so too soon to see changes. :smile: Patience!

    Second, looking at your diary, you are way under most days. Goal means GOAL, not way under, especially not under 1200. MFP has your daily goal set at a deficit already, meaning eat to goal even without exercise and you'll lose weight. You don't want to under eat on a regular basis - seems like it would be key for weight loss, but it's not - slows your metabolism eventually, and gives your body a reason to store fat rather than burn it.

    Thanks for the help...But I know that I'm Full...and i just do not eat...I will try this week to eat more.

    It's pretty soon to expect any changes, so I'd hang on in there. If you are keeping within your calories and macros (fat vs protein vs carbs %) plus exercising, you will get results.

    You can start by adding olive oil to you eggs, maybe some avocado with you chicken.
