Don't say you can't find balance.

Don't say you can't do HIIT.

Instead say:

"One day I'll be able to..."

    It's easy to fall into the I can'ts when you feel overwhelmed, but thanks for the reminder that it's just a worthless excuse. Even when I *kitten* up, I feel a lot better about turning it around when I own it. It's encouraging.
