Starting again

Hi all,

I started calorie tracking last year (started 4-5-12), and I dropped from 227 to 181 (-46 lbs) in a little under 6 months. When school started again last fall (I'm a graduate student working on my MA), I stopped tracking and my weight has been slowly creeping back up. Well, this morning it hit 200, and I've decided to do something about it. Starting today, I'm back on to tracking my weight seriously, and starting on Monday (after the Easter holiday), I'm going to get back into the swing of exercising 6 days/week in an effort to hit my initial goal weight of 175 (I'm 5'10-5'11"). I just turned 29 on Mar 18, so I'm hoping to get myself into good shape to start my 30s.
