Motion Sickness from Workout DVDs

I am doing a beach body challenge with Shakeology and Turbo Fire. I think that the Turbo Fire DVDs are giving me motion sickness. I was fine when I started, but about ten minutes in I started to get a huge head ache and stomach ache. It feels the same as when I try to read in the car and I feel sick.
I think it might be because I am moving around so much and trying to focus on the screen at the same time.
I haven't done anything out of the ordinary today, so I know it's not food or sleep effecting me.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I find myself really nauseous by the end of P90's Sculpt. Especially with squats.0
