1200 kcal and still no result

Hello everyone!
Am 22Y/F , 170cm tall and I weight 77kg ..I have been eating 1200kcal a day as my fitnesspall recommended for me ..
its been two months and still I can't see result , my weight on the scale didn't change .
add to that I have been eating healthy food , PLEASE HELP!

My guess would be: You are not eating enough, actually eating under your BMR and that is why your body refuses to let go of any weight.

Are you weighing and measuring your food?
Would you be willing to open your diary?
Are you getting any exercise? If so, are you eating back those calories?0 -

I can't believe you are using that thread to support your point. Did you read the whole thing?
Eating below your BMR will not arrest weight loss. That claim violates basic laws of physics.0 -

but am eating 1200 kcal ,i read before that this is the minimum for women and 1500 is the minimum for men ,,, right?0 -
