Dry Pasta vs. Cooked

Sometimes I can only get nutritional information on pasta/noodles in their dried state. How many cooked noodles result from one cup dry?

It depends on the type of pasta and how well cooked they are, that is why they give the nutritional info for dry.
I tend to err on the side of caution and stick with one cup cooked - most pastas don't change size as drastically as beans or rice.0 -
I just measure by cup as well. We make pasta for 4 of us and I'm not going to spend 30 minutes dividing each noodle to see how much I actually had.0
