kick up rear is needed

I know its Easter season, but all i keep doing is nibbling on naughty stuff and not doing any exercise apart from walking the dog. I despartely need a kick in the rear to get my self back on track so that i don't undo all the good work i have done so far, (even if it is just about a stone lost this year)

    Hang tough. Have a decent Easter brunch. Log it. Exercise accordingly. Holidays don't HAVE to be our downfall. We don't have to give in to the temptation. Consider yourself KICKED!

    Are you sure putting a kick up there is what you need?

    Or would putting other things up there work as well?
