I need to think of a great side dish to go with ham for Easter... any suggestions/ recipes? What are you having for Easter?

    Beets... roasted or harvard sauced. So pretty and bright pink on your Easter plate. Cauliflower too is lovely with ham. I completely agree with the sweet potatoe too mashed or baked. At our house it isn't Easter without asparagus too.

    whatever my mother in law is making. I'll be sure to load up on egg white of the deviled eggs and whatever protein I can get my hands on.

    i would go with a simple mix of roasted veggies you could do anything, or just potatoes with great seasonings.

    some kind of pesto side dish would be really fresh and green.

    rachael ray has tons of ideas, meals for entertaining. i would check that.
    it's usually really simple and easy to put together like a cheese plate with just a few things to cook.
