After 25 years , it was all taking away and my life will never be the same...I turned back to the gym as a way to help with the grieving and to regain some focus as I have to move forward towards a new part of my life at 48. Being as healthy as I can be and also lose the extra weight accumulated over the years . I just signed up with a personal trainer and keeping track of food and exercise is a major aspect of my new journey. In the last week I have lost 3 lbs.
