Hi All,

I joined on 1st Jan 2013 as a new year's resolution.

I have been amazed with the success I have had using this app so far, and highly recommend it.

I started at 340 lbs. and have a target of loosing 100 lbs.

The next phase for me is to find the right way to include exercise in my routine. I am interested to hear from others who have been a similar size, as to how you started to introduce exercise into your week, and what sort of equipment you used?
