Detox Ideas/Help

So I went out of town for a week to visit my cousin and I will admit it, I did eat more junk than usual. Especially on the bus home, 32 hours with nothing but bus and gas station stops :/.

Anyways, since I got back I've been feeling really sick, my stomachs upset all the time, I feel like puking, I'm weak, and I just generally feel like crap. I've heard that detoxing could help me feel better and clear all the junk out so I was wondering if anyone had any good detox ideas and plans to help me out?? Thanks :)

    You could make some fresh juices such as a combination of cucumber, spinach/kale/chard (some leafy greens), ginger, lemon and apple. That always works wonders for me! Good luck :)
