I've been under a lot of stress this past week. I've been feeling aches and pains in my back and joints as a result.
I am concerned that I will start eating too much again. The reason why my weight first ballooned several years was because of major stress, and I stuffed my face in order to deal. So with too much food and stress hormones, I went from 175 to 207.
While I have lost 20 pounds as of late (185 pounds now), I am concerned that because of my current stress, I will indulge in food too much and reverse all I lost.
Any advice on how to deal?

Stress played a role in my weight gain too. Food was my comfort when the stress became too much. Now I play a video game when I'm feeling stressed. So far it has helped me to avoid comfort food. Good luck0
