Progress 36lbs gone in 6 months...(pics)

Before at my highest weight (185lbs):

5 lbs still to go but with serious hard work i've learnt that you can do it!!

    You don't even look like the same person. My wife and I talk about people like you...they lose the weight and their entire appearence changes. Unbelievable transformation!

    1200 cals a day...lots of exercise in the beginning then a rest for a bit then back onto moderate exercise as i retain water quite easily.

    Wow, you look absolutely gorgeous! I have to say this definitely gives me hope. I've gotten myself to pretty much where you were in your before picture and if in the end I look half as lovely as you do now, I'll be one lucky gal! Congratulations and good luck on those last 5 pounds!

    Wow! Seriously fantastic transformation! Very similar weight stats: my high was 188, my low 138, but there is one big difference between you and I. You are 5 inches taller than I am! No wonder my body doesn't look anything like yours!! Congratulations! You look awesome!
