I've been doing ripped in 30 and getting results but I wonder if i should switch to 30 day shred because it has more cardio. Anyone think it'll make a difference? I am 5'9 225. I have lost 11 lbs in 5 weeks doing ripped in 30 and a few other dvds here and there. I also started c25k this week.

I think if you're doing c25k with RI30 that should be enough cardio. If you're getting good results with RI30 then I would stick with it. I've only ever done 30ds so far and like it but a lot of people seem to like the RI30 too. I keep thinking about trying it.0

Ok. I was really worried about not getting enough cardio with ripped in 30.0

What calorie burn are your getting?0

I did Ripped in 30, Week 1 last week. Didn't really feel ready to move on, so went and got 30 Day Shred, started with Level 1 last night. Didn't really notice a difference yet with the amount of cardio. Both programs are based on 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute Abs with three sets.
I plan to do Level 1 this Week, then Week 2 RI30, then Level 2 30DS, then Week 3 RI30, followed by Level 3 30DS, and finally Week 4 RI30. I just don't have the patience to stand the repetitiveness of the same workout for more than a week, yawn. So we shall see how this works.0 -

I said more cardio in 30 day shred because of the exercises she uses. Its like jumping rope vs walking for me if that makes any sense. Yes technically you are doing cardio/strength/abs for the same amount of time in each dvd. I don't want to confuse anyone.0
