Muscle pangs after working out?

I do a few miles every day with the Leslie Sansone videos - and I have noticed the last few days, that i am getting these cute little "twitches" or "pangs" in my thighs when i am done...it doesn't hurt, they feel kind of neat....just wondering what this could be caused by and why i am getting this?

    I'm not sure what specifically this could be but if you're exercising the same muscles every day you could try having a rest day where you just do some light walking to try and loosen the muscles up. Or maybe some kind of massage?
