    I really like the Walk Away The Pounds dvd's. They are easy for someone who is not terribly coordinated or has trouble getting out of the house to exercise. And they are available on Netflix.

    For an easy start, I used walk away the pounds by Leslie Sansone http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GDGFw9Bf6h0

    If you're looking for a challenge, try Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 1 , 2 and 3 do each level for 10 days

    Or Slim In six http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujh-wvsYLzI Level one
  • I guess I have some kind of girlcrush on Jillian Michaels so I love all of her DVDs. And I have them all except for the old ones (backside for beginners etc) At the moment I love doing her Extreme Shed and shred.
    If I just want a short cardio interval I love her kickboxing DVD.

    I LOVE;

    TRACY ANDERSON - I used the metamorphosis series to shift my baby weight. The cardio burns loads of calories without choreography to learn (her other cardio DVDs require you to learn the steps before you can get up a sweat). The toning work is amazing.

    ZUMBA - a fun way to get your heart rate up, a feel good workout that's easy to stick to.

    TRACEY MALLETT - Booty Barre workout for something that works you hard & some of her other more balletic ones for something more low impact.

    I have a few of Deanne Berry dvd's her clubland ones and pump it up, i really like them i find them good for beginners (i started out with these) but even as your fitness improves they still give you a good workout as you can bring up the intensity, her dvd's have a combination of

    warm up, 15 min aerobics, 15 dance (although i can't dacne so don't do the dance section), 15 min of combat which is basically the same as tai bo but a good workout, and a 15 min section of toning, thighs, bum and tum, with a cool down, i still burn a good few cals doing her workouts, i like the music and her routines and anyone could do it.

    I have the zumba collection which i enjoy for a fun workout but again i still burn a decent amount doing it

    and I have Insanity - this is hard but a great challenge, this is my 2nd time doing it and i ma finding it easier this time round

    I want to get more dvd's just choosing the right one's is hard, i am looking at turbo fire or les mills combat and trying to decide which one to save up for
