Social Tea Cookies

So, I work in a tutoring center 4 days a week. I am the receptionist. I have a bunch of work to do all day to keep me busy but around 5 o'clock, work starts to die down. But, there are tutors who stay until 7 pm. We have these boxes of social tea cookies for the kids that are in the office next to me. I can't help myself but to chow down on them. Social teas are probably the best cookie to eat too many of, you can have 7 and it's only 140 cals, but I am eating way too many. I will be good all day, I even run to work, but I can't resist them. I feel like I need something in the late afternoon to keep me from going to something sweet.
Any tips??

Drink a glass of water before you have any cookies. You feel fuller and eat less cookies.0

have a piece of fruit or some celery or carrot sticks. I also found that when I need something sweet a small serving of trail mix w/ m & ms or chocolate covered raisins helps. Good luck!:happy:0

Definitely pack some healthy snacks. Nuts are good and filling, fruits, veggies and drink lots of water.0
