jillian michaels dvd

Howdy all

So im in some need of advice, I bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and lost 2 stone in two months!!!

Ive fallen off the wagon so to motivate myself I bought Jillians etreme shed& shred,killer buns & thighs and ripped in 30.

So what one would you advise to start first.

    I've done Extremem Shed & Shred. It's longer than her other DVD's. It's 2 40 minute workouts but you really are supposed to do the both of them. It is so much fun. It's a fusion of all sorts of styles. I especially like the Brazillian fighting stuff!

    I think you should rotate the 3 dvd's. That's what I would do :)

    Enjoy her! I'm doing Insanity right now and I miss my Jillian!

    I would second that, do RI30 when you're short on time and the longer ones when you're feeling particularly badass! I haven't dared try one of the longer workouts yet!
