no weight loss help

hi i have been stuck on 82kg varying slightly day by day from 82.3 to 82.6, it has been this way for the past 4 weeks. i go to the gym x3 a week and do limited cardio exercises (im building this up as i had a heart attack 7 mths ago). i have lost 1 inch off my hips and waist. is this why ive not lost weight ? i stick to 1200 cals and eat back my exercise cals. please help

    Try not to focus so much on the number and how clothes are fitting and you and how you feel. Watching your weight will only drive you crazy and frustrate you if you're working out regularly

    thank you i do feel better for going to the gym, but would like to lose a little weight all the same
