Ham in crock pot, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and lots of chocolate! Just a small celebration with my 2 kiddos. :)

Starting off with shrimp cocktail, salad, salmon, and roasted red pepper and tomato soup. Then ham, chicken, and shrimp all with homemade teriyaki sauce. Add In a lobster, stuffed baked potatoes, scalloped potatoes/brussel sprouts in a horseradish cream sauce, carrots, rolls, and finishing with a chocolste ganache and raspberry torte and because I have healthier versions and small portions of everything I should be within an acceptable calorie range especially considering I'm under today. The lobster was a last minute add in because my hubby found some good ones at a reasonable price.

Brekkie: bacon, scrambled eggs with dill, pancakes with maple syrup, fresh fruit, artisan sour dough bread-one pumpkin, the other red wine and goats cheese. I will prob skip the bacon myself.

Whatever I can get at the airport as my beloved brother passed away unexpectedly this week and I have to fly out of state tomorrow afternoon. My son in law will cook dinner for the ones that couldn't go as he is a great cook. Happy Easter and God bless you all. Stay safe and have a wonderful day.

5 of us for dinner today
MIL doing starters so not sure what that will be other than "finger food"
Roast topside of beef, with roast potatoes made with flora cuisine, red cabbage, carrots, asparagus spears, beef gravy and gluten free Yorkshire puddings.
Dessert is a gluten free black bean chocolate cake.
I will probably have one glass of wine

We are going to my mother's for dinner:

    Baked turkey
    Pork Roast
    Mashed potatoes
    Dressing
    Dinner rolls
    Green beans
    Pumpkin pie
    Deviled eggs
    Cheese and Crackers
    Herring

We have extra people coming, so the initial menu did not include appetizers or pork roast. Those were added as stretchers. I can have whatever I want within my calories. We will see what that will be as the day goes on :)

    Jesus Christ is risen!

We ate small grilled steaks that were 140 calories along with Strawberry, feta and spinach salad /pear and gorgonzola dressing and had a 3-2-1 chocolate cake with 6 dark chocolate chips and 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter topped with frozen yogurt for dessert.

We had ham (glazed with apricot jam and mustard), new potatoes roasted in butter, steamed asparagus with Hellmann's mayonnaise, mini croissants, and wine. It was good, and I'm still under calories for today.

Looking forward to dessert once Game of Thrones comes on. I'm leaning toward ice cream...
