I notice that the calcium chews and Omega-3' supplements I take have calories. The chews are 20 calories for one. I log in all the calories, but it could come up to 80 calories a day if I took recommend doses. I end up take half at 40 calories. I know it's probably not a big deal, but a hershey dark chocolate kiss is 40 calories & is more fum to eat

I take the Viactiv supplements too...but I only chew one per day. I try to get most of my calcium through foods and if at the end of the day I am lacking...I will take one.0

If I had to guess I'd say it's not just the vitamins/minerals themselves, but the sweetener, etc. that they put in it to make it tolerable to chew. Could you switch to one you just swallow?0
