30 Day shred instructions?

I have the 30 day Shred video but I don't have any of the instructions that might have come with the video. Does anyone have tips on how I am supposed to follow this? Every day? When do you move to the next level? Any words of advice?

Do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days, then level 3 for 10 days. When I was doing it I did it everyday because it's only a half hour but you can take a rest day between levels or weekly if you need to.0

From reading forums, people seem to be saying the 30 day thing was a marketing tool before Jillian had complete control over stuff. A lot of people do it every day and I've seen some amazing before and after pictures. I've never made it past level 2, (I really hated L2) but even in that weeks lost inches from my waist.
In ripped in 30, Jillian says to work out 5 or 6 days a week, but to always have a rest day. I've been planning to work out every day, then just using the days that I don't get round to it or am just too tired as my rest days.
Doing something is better than doing nothing, good luck with it!0
