First stage of my journey!

In this stage of my weight loss I am kind of in the middle, as I lost 12 pounds a year or year and a half ago, so wanted to find a picture from before that. So what is listed on my profile as 10 pounds lost is just the current story - it's really 22 pounds!

So here I believe is what I looked like 22 or so pounds ago, as I was hovering in the mid-upper 190s for a quite a while between 2008 and 2011! I'm on the left with my dear friend Nancy on the right.



So 22 pounds or so later is today - where here on MFP I'm down 10 pounds



So after I lose another 25 pounds or so (maybe fall?) I'll do this again!!
