Fresh start and needing support

I have been on myp for over a year and, in that time, I lost 45lbs. Earlier this year I decided that I was going to start High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) and the lbs are going back up, but the measuring tape is showing progress. I know that it is muscle being put on, but the scale sometimes discourages me (I think my brain is broken or something, LOL). I am moving across country to California later this year and I want to have a body and lifestyle closer to the one I want when I start my new life. I just want more friends to keep me motivated and who I can help motivate. MOTIVATION IS KEY!!

My story if very similar to yours. I have lost about 40 lbs and have started working out with more intensity in the past 6 weeks. The weight is going up, though my clothes and measuring tape are showing progress. Accept my friend request, if you would like, and we can continue the journey with each others motivation.0
