Hello everyone my name is Anne I have a hugely important question to ask????? !!!!! HOW DO YOU HANDLE PMS CRAVINGS????????? I just lost 6 ponds I was 250 3 years ago now I'm 171 
but anyway I just really need help with this I think I'm just going to take diets pills for a few days, cause I don't want to gain back the 6 pounds I lost
