Hello!! I'm just needing a bit of a motivational boost these past couple of days. If you guys wouldn't mind helping me out a bit, that would be awesome! I just have so many questions!! Like, were there ever days that you went way over on your daily calories because of eating junk food? How did you handle really big cravings/temptations?

I can't think of any more questions right now lol but I'm sure you see what I'm looking for. Pics would be helpful, too!!! This will definitely be a forum I frequently look at to help keep my going at my BEST!

    Eating the way I do keeps my hunger and cravings at bay. Plus the success of seeing the scale go down and not struggling (for the most part) has kept me on track.

    I did low carb for 2 years (the right way!)
    And now I'm doing whole30 which is a stricter short term Paleo plan. After my whole30 I will start adding Paleo acceptable foods back in, like honey and more fruit.

    I follow IIFYM and have had a lot of success with it. I also make a lot of "healthy junk recipes" like healthy ice cream and healthy pizza. I take a multi vitamin because sometimes I take IIFYM a little too far and eat only junk lol.
