Overdo Healthy Fat?

Hi all, I just started MFP 5 days ago, as I had a feeling my portion sizes were way out of whack. I am trying to lose 5 lbs or so...I definitely have been eating too much food out of habit for weight gain in the past(had been trying to gain weight a while back after losing a lot due to gluten intolerance). Anyway, I have been doing good eating the reccomended number of calories- some days I find it hard to meet them after plugging my workouts into the system. But somehow I ALWAYS overdo my fat! I eat healthy fats (olive oil, nuts, avocado, coconut butter), so I am not worried that it's harmful, but will that throw my weight loss out of whack? I am green in the calories, but red in the fat...what means more?

Protein, fat, and fiber should be viewed as minimums. It's fine to go over.

if weight loss is your goal, untimately it will all boil down to calories in vs calories out. so if you exceed fats(like i do with my proteins) it doesnt matter as long as you are within your caloric goal. thats all that will matter for most part of it.
i dunno if body composition-wise it`ll make a difference or not...and i think it shouldnt, especially if your fats are from healthy sources.
overal, i wouldnt worry too much about this. try and regulate a bit more, but if you hit your caloric goals, then dont even worry.
