Wheat Bread

Can we eat it or no? lol

I mean everything is moderation is cool, but sometimes, (idky) I literally crave bread... I gave up white bread years ago so thats never been a problem, but I was wondering if Im trying to lose weight is bread ok or is it something to stay away from? Id hate to give it up then lose a ton of weight to start eating it again then blow right back up. lol

    I love Joseph's bakery breads. I use the flatbread for wraps and yesterday I made cinnamon and splenda toast with it. Well, it wasn't really toast, I just microwaved it but it was really good. I've also made french toast with it and sometimes I just spread some jelly on it. Oh, also I've made pizza on it and it was awesome.

    For some people bread seems to be a problem regarding weight loss. For many others it is not. I have had an easier time losing this time by cutting way back on bread or anything of a starchy nature.
