Set Calories to BMR?

Does anyone set their food calories to their BMR? Then add in exercise and eat those calories back..
It's kinda like what MFP already does but with an actual realistic base number..

You should be eating about 200 over your BMR. BMR is the calories you need to survive in a coma. It's up to you if you want to eat exercise back.0
