Body Fat% and Body "Age"

I just received my new scale that I ordered this week that measures body fat% including the fat around your organs and such. My body fat % was 52.3!!!! That's crazy. I never expected it to be so high. Another scary thing is that my body "age" was calculated at 61...and I'm only 24!!!!! I'm so glad I decided to make this lifestyle change. There's no telling how long I would have lived if I hadn't. I appreciate everyone's support on here and it really motivates me to keep going. It's only been a week and a half since I started. I have a long way to go yet, but I know I can do it because I want to live a long, healthy life.
