Jillian's circuit training PLUS cardio...

Okay so for the past 5 days I have been doing Jillian Michael's "No More Trouble Zones" which is a 50 minute circuit training dvd including the warm up and cool down. And then also later on in the day I also put in some extra cardio. I usually do 30 minutes of either elliptical or inclining on the treadmill if I decide not to jog.
Mon-Fri:
No More Trouble Zones
30 Minute Random Cardio
Sat:
60 minutes Cardio of my choosing
Sun:
(I try to rest but sometimes I can't settle myself and I feel like I HAVE to move my body somehow, lol)
20-30 minutes random cardio
Are there any other people here that also couple extra cardio with their circuit training dvds? Last time I tried this I had very good results so I'm going for it again. I'm just a bit spaztic and anxious because I want the best results I can get by May 8th so that is why I'm pushing myself almost everyday. I do however, let my body rest when I really feel I need it.
