Accurate BMR calculator

I've used various BMR calculators and my result varies from 1,150ish to 1,600ish (I'm 5'0). Now, I think that's quite a big difference so what site do you all trust?

I use the spreadsheet that is listed in this topic:

I used two:

and
fat2fitradio.com
They both came really close to each other (and the results tell me they were right).0 -

Katch-McArdle is the most accurate since it takes body composition into account.0

I used the ones at fat2fit on the advice of this topic: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/937712-in-place-of-a-road-map-ver-3-0
Started with the Military body fat calculator, then plug that and all the other numbers requested into their BMR calculator, and it will give you a Harris-Benedict and a Katch McArdle number. I go with the Katch number myself, for the same reason justsomerandomgirl mentioned.0
