Anyone have good success with diet/supplements if you are over 55 and in menopause? I need to lose another 15 lbs. and have been on a six month plateau.....

the best diet is tdee - 20% and exercise, no matter what age you are. But if you refuse to believe that I can sell you come magic beans.0

I agree with _RANDY_. I am over 55 and have already lost 20 lbs and continuing to lose the last few lbs. All by eating my TDEE - 20% and exercise which in my case is strength training.0

I cannot see your diary, so I will ask a few questions:
How many calories do you eat each day?
Do you workout? If so, how many times per week and what type of workout (weights, cardio, etc)?
Do you know your BMR and TDEE?
Anyone should be able to lose with a sensible diet based on TDEE. I am in the early stages of menopause and am doing ok...but it did take me a while to get my TDEE set correctly (I lept underestimating my activity level).0
