Hello everyone , I am a 23 years old guy from morocco .

I have been on MFP for a week , and i found the app very nice and simple and the community is even cooler .

I feel finally better about myself as I started for the first time to register all the food and exercice I need , I still haven't weighted my self yet since I started this new lifestyle but I feel the result is going to be nice , i'm not hoping for change immediatly but I really believe that it's gonna be alright if not in weeks it will be fine in months.

All I want to say to you guys is that I love all of you and I wanna give to anyone on MFP a huge hug.
