new to weight loss

i started using myfitnesspal 3 weeks ago and i have lost 5.7 kg so ive got a long way to go.
im hungry all the time. my girl friend is helping.

    You shouldn't be hungry all the time! Make sure to eat lots of protein and fiber filled foods, and drink LOTS AND LOTS of water. That should definitely help make you feel full and not hungry. :wink:
    I tell all the newbies to log their foods BEFORE, rather than after, as it tends to lead to better food choices. :wink: :smile:

    Hi!! I'm fairly new to this site and love it!! Congrats on your weight loss!!!! However you shouldn't be hungry all the time! Make sure you're getting enough fluids everyday. I know sometimes I think I'm hungry when I'm really thirsty.

    I am new too. I started 5 days ago. I find that if I log the days meals the night before I will stick to it. I also drink water throughout the day. I will keep you posted on my progress.

    thanks for the warm welcome.
    i am drinking more water, mainly herbal teas as i am limiting my milk intake.
    weight loss had stalled for two days but im back on track now. i think it was due to the anti-inflamitors drugs i was taking.
    not feeling as hungry as i was.
