Hello

Hi, I'm new to MFP. I started working out 2 weeks ago and joined MFP 1 week ago after learning about the site from a co-worker. I have found this site to be very helpful and an eye opener for counting calories! LOL. So far I have lost 2 pounds and looking foward to my goal of 30 pound weight loss. Any advice on how to stick with eating healthy (there is constant tempting junk food in the break room and work!), and reaching my goal would be much appreciated. I am riding my spin bike daily for 45 minutes and also doing Jilliam Michael's 30 day burn video daily. I hope all this hard work pays off!!
