Hello, hello... =)

Options
Been going for my physical, and doing well over all except for some high LDL's. So, here I am trying to keep a better eye on what I'm putting into this temple. I work out already anywhere from 2-4 times a week as my schedule permits. I'm an avid martial artist... and a critical care nurse. So my work limits my free time every other week. I've decided to start running the stairs here at work on my breaks just to get that little extra in that I know I need.

Hope this finds everyone well and living life to it's fullest.

    Ty! So, far so good... :smile: I think this I-touch my wife got me is the best thing since sliced bread. I've never really put much thought into my particular dietary intake until now. That and the Dr. telling me I might need meds for my LDL's. I'm way too young to be on some kinda daily medication. But I might have to resign to the fact that it might have lot to do with genetics... but I can still do my part by watching my cholesterol.
