endurance problem

I have been jogging/running for 3 months now. I have slowly worked up to being able to run for 30 minutes nonstop. Although, this last week, I have struggled terribly. I run for a minute or two then I feel that I have to walk. My legs feel so "heavy". This has happened the last 3 times. I don't understand what I am doing wrong. I am stretching and doing a walking warm up. Any suggestions?

  • I'm not a very experienced runner - I'm actually just starting c25k over again after not having run for about 6 months, however I know I feel like that when I get stressed or haven't slept very well for a few days. Are you resting enough? Getting enough to eat?

    Time for a break. Take a few days off to rest and see what happens.
