Hi Everyone 
I'm Sarah. I'm 22 and I'd like to lose 10lbs and make exercise a part of my daily life. I've always dreaded exercise and been the perfect specimen of a couch potato but now I'd like to change that.
One of the hardest things for me is knowing how much is enough. Is doing yoga good enough of a strength training exercise? Is running for a couple of mins each day enough cardio? Am I wasting my time by doing 40 sits a day?
If I could afford it I'd get a personal trainer but since I'm dirt poor I'm just going to a little something every day and see where it gets me.
If anyone wants to be my friend on here I think it would help a lot to stay motivated!
