I'm going to Jamaica for my 21st birthday next March and the more I look at photos and hotels the more determined I get to lose this weight. I want to lost 100 lbs(the healthy way)by the next March....please give me all your love and support and please pray for me.....and if you're not a praying person just wish me luck and continue to believe in me even when I don't!!!!

I just don't know what exactly to do!!!! Like food wise or workout wise....I mean I workout 7 days a weeks about an hour a day but and I am now eating better but I just don't know what I should do....or if I should workout longer and harder......Im so confused!!!0

I do 3 miles on either a elliptical and do another mile and a half on a tread mill as a cool down and vice versa after that I try to do strength and abs training....and sometimes try to run the real 3 miles and do a mile cool down!!!0

You will have an awesome trip as long as you feel confident. I wouldn't focus solely on what the scale says but, more on how you feel about yourself when you reach a certain point in your weight loss.
There are men everywhere who love "thick" women and men who love thin women. I doubt that you are doing it in order to get attention from everyone but, more for your own satisfaction of being happy with the body that you have and the health that you need to have. Good luck with your weight loss and I have faith that you can do it.
It will be important that you eat the exact amount of calories (no more) as MFP is telling you to. Eat your calories in salads, lean meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts, peanut butter, healthy cereal, some milk etc. Eat clean and eat healthy. You can't lose weight eating 1500 calories worth of swiss cake rolls all day long..I wish.
It will also be important that you are working out quite a bit. I would shoot for 2 hours for 6 days a week. It will be important that you take a rest day one day a week because, your body needs time to heal and generate "fuel" so to speak. Give it your all and sweat like you mean it!
