Well!

Here I am after a fourty pound loss. "Losing weight was so easy!" I said. "I won't ever have to suffer a plateau", I said.

LOOKS LIKE KARMA CAME AND BIT ME IN THE BUM! ( Or in this case... the lower belly and thighs)

I currently weight 119.8 - 120.4. My BF% is around 26.9, give or take. This seems pretty high. 5'3.

I've recently eaten 1600 calories for one week. This was the only time I broke my plateau of 3 months. (This was in Feb. Plateaued in December.) then nothing again after I lowered back down to my 1400 calorie goal. So up they went, to 1500. There has been minimal if any loss, and I'm always hovering around the same number.

I work out around 4-5 times per week, 35-60 mins each time. Mostly bodyweight strength training, warming up with cardio for 15-ish mins.

So, now that I'm 10-13ish pounds from my goal, do you think I need to increase calories even MORE? My TDEE is anywhere from 1650-1900. My goal is fat loss, and I'm sick of this plateau! any suggestions (besides lifting heavy, currently unable due to finances, transportation, etc) on things I could do to help break the plateau and get things going again? What was your experience and your success with?

edited to add: I've made it my personal goal to eat at least 100 grams of protein per day. I've been doing it so far for about a week (previously 60-90 grams

I also eat 50% carbs - ish per day. (188 grams give or take)
