Card Work Out!

My middle daughter put myself and my oldest daughter through a fierce work out yesterday, the idea stolen from Biggest Loser. She chose four excercies to match with each suit in a deck of cards: hearts = jump rope, spades = push ups, diamonds = front kicks and clubs =mountain climbers. The two jokers = 60 second planks.

Every time she turned over a card you did that number of that excercise; for instance a Queen of spades got you 12 push ups, then you would quickly flip another card. For the jump rope, you add a 0 to the number so a Jack of hearts would be 130 jumps. You go through the deck as fast as you can and we did it in just over 30 minutes!!

It was fun to do something a little different and a great workout. The four excercises can be whatever you choose so that you can switch it up. I have some soreness in places that I don't normally get a good workout!! :drinker: HAPPY EASTER!
