Hi! Im new too!

I just joined this club a few days ago as part of an assignment in my wellness class. It has really got me questioning the things I put into my body. I had no idea how much crap was in my food. Well, I am a size 14/16 right now and I am really hoping to get back to at least a size 8. In my early 20's I weighed a whopping 125lbs and wore a size 3. 3 beautiful boys later here I am about 50+ pounds heavier and its so depressing. I sure hope this site will help me get back to where I need to be. Im tired of getting so depressed when i look in the mirror. I just turned 32, I am hoping that by the time I am 33 I will reach my goal. See you guys again tomorrow!!
