I go running 2-3 days per week. And I also walk for about 45-60 minutes 4-5 days per week.
That's on top of my usual walking and activities, I work with children.

I don't have a set day to do everything, as I have to workout as it fits my schedule and my husband's (we have a daughter). But, here's what I do in a typical week:

Strong Lifts 5x5 - 3 days a week (one rest day in between lifting days)
Running - 3 days a week, on average (typically 2-4 miles each run, but this will be increasing as I train for a race)
    Yoga - 2 days a week
    Spin Class - 1 day a week

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: Weightlifting (avg 75 minutes) and Cardio - Gazelle glider (minimum 1 hour)
Monday & Wednesday Evening: Treadmill (45 minutes)
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: Gazelle Glider (usually 1.5 - 2.0 hours)

I tried making Sunday a "rest day", but I rarely succeed.
