I need some friends to help me keep this up!

I am trying so hard to keep this going but i am struggling a bit. so far iv kept things with in the range for the calorie intake but i'm having such a hard time with it and im cutting it way to close for comfort.I love to exercises but some part of me just groans and whimpers every time I see my p90x dvds( i do it anyway)I try to keep a good attitude with it , you know the hole kicking butt and taking names but for some reason the last couple of days i really just don't want to care anymore and its so tempting just to give in. I really really want to get back down to a size 12 though (i am ashamed:brokenheart: but i am currently a size 16 and 210 pds)and although I haven't lost weight yet my body it toning just a little bit. I really need some friends to help support me. thank you

    I have sent you a friend request. Have you considered finding another form of exercise that would provide more pleasure? Just mixing it up a bit? I chop and change my exercise routine all the time. Some mornings I wake up and just know that this is not a Jillian Michaels Shred morning. I am rather going for a walk on the beach. I chop and change between Pilates, Tae Bo, Yoga, Rebounder, walking and the Jillian Michaels Shed DVD. Tomorrow I start the 90 day Body Revolution challenge. You have to keep it exciting or you may loose interest. Good luck
