Butt Bible - circuit training or strength training?

I have a people for people who have done the Butt Bible videos. Do you log it as circuit training or strength training? Or maybe something in the middle? I'd love to know what people think!

    Gosh, I always log them as yoga or high impact aerobics.

    I've never seen the video so hopefully someone more knowledgeable will come along shortly but if your doing body weight exercises while keeping your heart rate up I would say it's circuit training.

    If you're just doing reps and sets with enough rest in between to get your heart rate down I would log it as strength training.

    I usually have a carb based snack during my workout otherwise it just gets too rigorous and I deplete my glycogen stores.

    I would log it under cardio or circuit training. ( depending on what type of circuit training) Stregth training is when you are you using more resistance than just your body weight.

    do you wear an hrm? I make it my own exercise under cardio- log time and cals burned.

    I only did the 3 lower level workouts.
