Ultra Healthy Tomato Basil Bisque

1 -15 ounce can pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling!)
1 -15 ounce can diced tomatoes (I use no salt added)
3 - cups vegetable broth
2- Tbs dried basil (or even better....1 cup of shredded fresh basil)
Salt, pepper to taste
That's it. Put everything in a pan an heat it up.
If you need a little "mouth feel", add 2-3 Tbs of olive oil or a couple spoons of sour creme. It adds calories, but it's all good stuff.
