Any tips for getting back on track after a bad week? I feel so defeated and gross.

What do you mean how do you do it? There's no magic or anything, as my trainer friend says, there's "nuttin to it but to DO IT." You just enter your weight and start tracking again.0

Start by logging everything you eat, even if it is junk or high calorie. This is often enough to make me think twice about eating it. Also stock up on your favourite fruit and veg, and healthy foods so that getting back on track is not a chore.
You have done well so far so don't jeopardise it, you will feel lighter once you start eating better again.0
